This hot summer and strict prohibitions on traveling were no excuse for the team of Bio4Asia who were tasked to create the best dietary supplement Europe could provide for South-East Asian market.

The product developed is called a symbiotic food supplement meaning it contains both a prebiotic – in a form of fiber, and a probiotic – useful lactic acid bacteria. The combination is used to support healthy, strong and adaptable guts since prebiotics are “food” for probiotics.

The joint product from BioCC’s and Lotos Pharma’s cooperation project supports the digestive system of the people living in Asia with clinically researched state of science bacteria. Consumption of fermented food has been decreased and we started to consume more processed food than ever in the 21st century. It is important to support your microbiota with prebiotics and probiotics which can be found in dairy products. Unfortunately, 90% of the people living in South Asia are lactose intolerant. Therefore, it is essential to use probiotic food supplements in order to support digestive health which in turn supports immunity.
